Who we are
This site is operated by the Making God Your CEO ministry team, led by Prophet Tom James and Adrian Robertshaw, in support of the monthly Kingdom Zoom series.
What we collect
When you register for a meeting or series we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your organisation or business (optional)
- Your country (optional)
We do not collect payment information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To send you the Zoom link and joining details for the meeting you registered for.
- To send a small number of reminders before the meeting (typically one week, one day, and one hour before).
- To notify you if the Zoom link or time changes.
- To understand who is in the room so we can serve you better.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside the ministry team.
Where it is stored
Registration data is stored securely in our backend database with row-level security so only authorised admins can read it. Email delivery is handled by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- See what information we hold about you,
- Correct anything that is wrong, or
- Delete your record entirely.
Just reply to any email from us, or contact the ministry team directly, and we will action your request promptly.
Cookies
We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep the admin login session working. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes in any meaningful way we will update the date at the top of this page.
